General enquiries

After receiving an enquiry we will provisionally reserve any requested event date and shortly after will arrange to visit you to confirm and to discuss the events details. If the details are verbally agreed at this meeting we will ask for the minimum deposit. (See Payment page)

We will then confirm the details to you by post, including a film schedule and a confirmation slip for you to sign and return to us in order to confirm your final acceptance.

Before the event we will contact you to ensure there have been no changes to the arrangements and to arrange any rehearsal attendance and/or venue visit for visual and sound checks. Any outstanding balance should also be paid before the event (Unless arranged otherwise)

If no specific request, approximately 3 weeks after the event we will contact you to present you with the edited and completed films in their presentation cases, or inform you of their posting.

A few weeks after that we will send you a performance questionnaire in order for you to make comments on the quality and content of the film.

Business / Corporate

Although we will follow loosely the above system, to clearly define the specific and varied ambitions of clients, from corner shop to corporate business, procedures will be dictated by the initial ‘without obligation’ meeting.

Institute of Videography

We have attained membership of the national IOV and constantly follow its highest professional standards as stated in its Code of Practice

Recording Equipment & Format

Only recognised professional equipment is used for sound and vision recording as well as for the films final digital edit.

All film is recorded in HD 1080i and can either be transposed to disk, or presented for websites or in other requested formats.

Where necessary, any favoured or specifically chosen music can be featured on film and to comply with UK copyright law for recorded as well as live music, all necessary PPL or MCPS licences are automatically obtained for each production that features live or recorded music.
