price & payment information
Deposit. A minimum non-refundable £50 deposit will be required with any bookings payable at the first arranged meeting unless otherwise arranged/agreed.
Balance. Outstanding balances must be paid before the event unless otherwise arranged
Budget instalment Payments may be staggered (if requested at the first meeting) and can be monitored with monthly reminders sent by us if required.
Travel. Any extra cost for special requests or travel will be clearly stated in our written detail confirmation and film schedule sent to you for your agreement and acceptance.
Payment Any payment may be paid by cheque, cash or PayPal. Please make any cheque payable to “Westcountry Video” with your booking reference number on the back.
